Big-gym tools for every gym.
Gyms Cloud is made by Cybex Innovation, a software company in Bangalore. We build it for the independent gym — the one run by an owner who coaches, sells, cleans and counts the cash — so that it can run as smoothly as any chain.
Why we built Gyms Cloud.
Cybex Innovation was founded in Bangalore in 2018 to build practical software for small and growing businesses. Again and again we met gym owners juggling a notebook for memberships, a spreadsheet for dues, a separate machine for fingerprints and a calculator for GST — and software that was either too expensive or built for someone else.
Gyms Cloud is our answer: one fast, calm system that does the everyday work of a gym properly — memberships, money, taxes, attendance and training — at a price a small gym can pay. We call it mission control because that is what the front desk should feel like: everything you need, on one screen, under control.
We built Gyms Cloud for gyms everywhere from the start. A gym in Bangalore, Dubai, Manchester or Nairobi gets the same product in its own currency, with its own tax rules, on the same reliable platform.

- LEARNING
Years inside real gyms

Your gym
Every feature we ship starts as a request from a gym owner. Tell us yours.
Three promises we build by.
Fair, flat pricing
A small gym should never pay big-chain prices. No setup fees, no per-transaction cut, no surprises at renewal.
Your data is yours
We process your gym’s data only to run Gyms Cloud for you. Export it any time; we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Fast and correct
Money and tax done the same way everywhere, every time — and screens fast enough for a queue at 6 am.
