01Is Gyms Cloud really built for small gyms?
Yes. Gyms Cloud is priced for gyms with a few hundred members, and it is simple enough that a front-desk team learns it in an afternoon. Bigger gyms simply choose a bigger plan.
02Does it work outside India?
Anywhere. Pick your country at sign-up and Gyms Cloud sets your currency, time zone and tax system — GST, VAT, sales tax or split taxes such as GST + PST — and you can adjust every rate.
03Can I use my existing biometric machine?
Gyms Cloud talks to eSSL and ZKTeco fingerprint devices that support cloud push, and to AiFace face panels. Members are let in or locked out automatically when their plan starts or ends.
04What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export members, invoices, payments and attendance to CSV at any time. After you cancel we keep it available for 30 days, then delete it.
05Do my members need to install an app?
No. The member app runs in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen. Native apps use the same open API.
06Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee and no lock-in. Pay monthly or save with yearly billing, and cancel whenever you like.
